Who we are
This policy applies to the Homemory mobile app (bundle ID
com.app.homekeep), operated by Gajanand Kumawat
(“we”, “us”).

The short version
- No account. No sign-in. No cloud sync.
- No analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.
- Home details, maintenance, assets, expenses, receipts, and documents stay on this device.
- We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
Data we do not collect
We do not operate an application backend for Homemory. The app does not send your content to us. We do not collect identifiers, usage analytics, diagnostics, location, contacts, financial account numbers, or health data.
This privacy page is a static site. It does not set cookies or use analytics.
Data stored on your device
If you use the app, the following may be stored locally:
- Home profile you enter (name, optional address, year built, country, currency, and unit preferences).
- Maintenance tasks, completion history, notes, and optional costs.
- Appliance and asset details, including optional serial numbers, purchase dates, prices, and warranty dates.
- Expense records you add.
- Photos, receipts, manuals, and other files you attach. Copies are saved in the app’s private storage on the device.
- Notification preferences.
- A random device key in the system keychain / encrypted storage, used only on this device.
This information is not uploaded to us. If you use the device maker’s backup (for example iCloud Backup or Android backup), that backup follows Apple’s or Google’s terms — not a Homemory server.
Permissions
The app may ask for:
- Camera — to capture receipts or photos of your home. Photos stay on the device.
- Photo library — so you can attach existing photos or documents. Files stay on the device.
- Notifications — optional local reminders for upcoming or overdue care. These are scheduled on the device. We do not use Apple Push Notification service to send you messages.
You can deny or later revoke any permission in system settings.
Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties. If you choose to open a file in another app (for example a PDF viewer), that other app’s privacy policy applies to what you share with it.
Children
Homemory is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. There is no account creation and no data is sent to us.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete records inside the app at any time.
- Uninstalling the app removes its local database and stored files from the device.
- You can turn notifications off in the app or in system settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version at this URL. If we ever add collection of personal data (for example a cloud backup you opt into), we will update this policy and the App Store privacy nutrition labels before that feature ships.
